This 4600 s.f. custom designed house is located in the prestegious gated golf community of Stone Canyon here in Tucson. This home is a reflection of an intricately designed desert southwestern contemporary house.

The plan view has a "fractured" look to it to match the broken and fractured rocks on the site and to mimic the fractured look of the surrounding mountains. However, moving through the plan, it has a very open and flowing feel to it. This is further delineated by the use of natural earthy materials on the exterior that flow into the interior; such as stacked stone, stucco and rusty steel accents.

The interior rooms are positioned as to gain a unique and different view from each of the main living areas as you move throughout the home. This is complemented with the large exterior viewing and living porch areas out on the pool patio area that face the mountains.
